Sampling of analog input:
Number of filter cycles=(R23600~R23615)*PLC scan time, if R23600=1, one PLC scan cycle will sample once, and the value in the first channel analog input will be changed once. The larger the value of R23600~R23615 is set, the more stable the result is.
R23600~R23615 are the number of filtering cycles, the default is 100 (range 2~20000), the data cannot be less than or equal to 0;
D8073 is the smoothing filter coefficient of all analog inputs, the setting range is 0~999.
Precautions for choosing a model:
Note: When selecting the model for the customer, when the analog
quantity involves temperature, please pay attention to confirm the
following points with the customer:
① Confirm whether the thermocouple has a positive temperature or a negative temperature. For example, a K-type thermocouple, you need to select K_ when you need to measure a negative temperature. The conventional K-type cannot measure negative temperature and temperatures above 1000°C. For details on the temperature measurement range of the 3G series, please refer to the naming rules
② When NTC10K is selected for the analog quantity, you need to inform the customer that our B value is 3435 by default, and it is recommended that the sensor also buy the same B value. If the B value of the customer's sensor is 3950, a large temperature deviation may occur. If the customer needs the B value to be 3950, special remarks are needed. The 3G series can be specially made, but the 2N series cannot.
③ When NTC50K and NTC100K are selected for the analog quantity, the customer should be informed that the B value needs to be 3950. If customers with special requirements of 3435 B value need special remarks, the 3G series can be specially made, but the 2N series cannot.
