The L01S Series Standard PLC launched by Shenzhen Coolmay Technology Co., Ltd. is a preferred choice in the industrial automation field. Equipped with a military-grade 32-bit CPU + ASIC dual-processor, the basic instruction execution speed can reach up to 0.24μs, with a program capacity of 30k steps. It features 4-axis 100KHz high-speed pulse output, capable of controlling 4 synchronous servo or stepper drives. Additionally, it supports 6-axis 100KHz high-speed counter input (or 2-channel 60KHz AB phase), accurately meeting the requirements of complex motion control.
The main unit supports I/O expansion modules, with a maximum expandability of 320 points (up to 64 points for the main unit + 128 points for expansion) and compatibility with 8 special function modules. Some main units come with built-in analog interfaces such as 0-10V and 4-20mA, eliminating the need for additional expansion in light-duty scenarios and reducing hardware costs.
Supports multiple programming languages including instruction list, Ladder Diagram (LD), and Sequential Function Chart (SFC), compatible with VToolPro and GX Works2 programming software. It is equipped with a USB programming port, 1 RS232 port, and 2 RS485 ports, supporting various communication protocols for seamless interconnection with external devices.
Supports USB upload/download and remote maintenance, enabling one-click on-site upgrades with zero maintenance costs. It is equipped with an adjustable filtering function (default 10ms) to effectively improve signal stability.
Operates within a temperature range of 0℃~55℃ and stores within -25℃~70℃, adapting to a humidity environment of 5%~95%. The insulation resistance reaches over 5MΩ, with vibration and shock resistance complying with international standards and an idle power consumption of only 1.2W.
Supports fixed-hole mounting and 35mm standard DIN rail mounting. Different models have regular sizes, saving installation space. The digital input supports passive NPN, and the output is available in transistor (MT) and relay (MR) types to adapt to different load requirements.
The L01S Series covers six main models from L01S-16M to L01S-64M, with digital I/O points ranging from 16 to 64. Some models are equipped with built-in analog input/output functions, among which the L01S-48M-12AD4DA features 12-channel AD input and 4-channel DA output.
Expansion modules include I/O, analog, communication, temperature, and weighing types. The I/O module supports a maximum expansion of 256 points, the analog module has a 16-bit input resolution, and the communication module L02S-EIP supports remote I/O expansion.
