Coolmay has adopted Siemens’ quality management model, investing RMB 5 million and equipping over 70 high-precision testing instruments to establish five specialized laboratories. These facilities implement German-standard quality assurance, giving customers confidence in every Coolmay product. Since joining Coolmay in 2024, Quality Director Mr. Wang—who brings ten years of experience in Siemens’ global quality system and has led the development of their industrial automation product quality framework—has integrated Siemens’ mature quality management practices throughout Coolmay’s production process. The five laboratories are the core implementation of this system.

Electrical Laboratory: Ensuring Precise Electrical Performance and Stable Operation
The Electrical Laboratory uses digital oscilloscopes, DC electronic loads, and other specialized instruments to perform comprehensive tests on electrical performance, extreme operating conditions, and both hardware and software white-box scenarios. This rigorous testing ensures every Coolmay product meets electrical performance standards.

 EMC Laboratory: Enhancing Electromagnetic Compatibility for Complex Industrial Environments
Following GB/T17626.2-2006 and IEC61000-4-2:2001 standards, the EMC Laboratory tests products for electromagnetic interference (EMI) and immunity (EMS). By minimizing the risk of device malfunctions due to electromagnetic disturbances, Coolmay products are optimized for demanding industrial applications.

 Safety Laboratory: Safeguarding Users with Strict Compliance
Referencing GB12668.5-1 and EC61800-5-1 standards, the Safety Laboratory conducts critical tests such as insulation withstand and grounding continuity using high-precision instruments. These measures prevent electrical shock, fire, and other hazards, ensuring safe usage from the ground up.

Environmental & Reliability Laboratory: Validating Performance Under Extreme Conditions
Following GB/T2421 and GB/T2423 series standards, the Environmental & Reliability Laboratory simulates harsh conditions—including temperature extremes, vibration, and salt spray—using climate chambers and other testing equipment. This ensures that Coolmay products operate reliably under challenging environments and enjoy a longer service life.

Material Certification Laboratory: Controlling Quality at the Source
The Material Certification Laboratory uses instruments such as LCR digital bridges to inspect electronic components, plastics, and other materials. With failure analysis capabilities, it ensures all materials meet design specifications, reinforcing product quality from the source.
